Maps to show clearly where our accommodation was & where we needed to go for extras. The night before our departure The Alps were hit with a massive snow storm ‘Storm of the Century’ resorts closed down for the day, roads blocked by fallen trees & power out in some areas. Heidi were easily contactable all day while we struggled to return to the airport. They quickly re-arranged transfers, sorted airport hotels and new flights. First class service.

    We booked a short ski trip over Easter weekend and the website was very easy to navigate. Heidi really pulled through when we faced an unexpected night in Bourg when the road to Val d’Isere was closed due to weather. Heidi called us to check we had made it to resort (we hadn’t) and we told them we were more than likely not going to. Within the hour they had called us back having secured us a hotel for the night should the road to resort remain closed. Fortunately it re-opened and we made it to resort but it was nice to know Heidi were on the other end of the phone and there to support us. My only criticism would be we were picked up from resort at 11am for a 6pm flight after stating on the booking it would be 1pm pick up. This meant we arrived at the airport with +4 hours to kill and it would have been nice to stay in resort a little longer. Otherwise thank you and will book again!

    Great choice of accommodation and flights. Lewis was very friendly and helpful when I rang with a query. Really good that you can choose the number of nights and are not restricted to a week as with many companies. We’ll definitely use Heidi again.
